Directions for use:
Before use, brush your teeth with toothpaste and dry the tooth surfaces. Place the larger strip on the upper teeth and the smaller strip on the lower teeth. Leave the whitening strips in the mouth for 30–45 minutes. After use, rinse your mouth.
