      During treatment with Perio Plus+, avoid consuming tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry and saffron. This will keep discolouration to a minimum. Clean your teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush and consider using a whitening toothpaste such as those from our \u2018Black Is White\u2019 or BE YOU ranges. Discolouration is easily removed by dental specialists.<\/p>\n

      Caution<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Only use Perio Plus+ or other CHX mouthwashes at your dentist’s recommendation. In normal circumstances, this product is not required \u2013 toothbrushes and interdental brushes are sufficient for cleaning the teeth, gums and oral mucosa.
