    Directions for Moulding<\/h2>\n

    The\u00a0Myosa<\/em>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0<\/em>TGH<\/em>\u00a0is fitted over the teeth and worn at night while sleeping and can also be worn during the day if daytime grinding is an issue. It features a unique flat base designed to protect the teeth and jaws from the effects of night time teeth grinding and is easy to mould in under two minutes.<\/p>\n

    Step 1<\/h4>\n

    Place the\u00a0TGH<\/em>\u00a0into bowl of freshly boiled water upside down (100\u00b0C\/212\u00b0F) for 60 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Step 2<\/h4>\n

    Gently lift the\u00a0TGH<\/em>\u00a0from the boiled water using a spoon. Shake off excess water to bring the surface temperature to a bearable level and quickly proceed with the next steps!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Step 3<\/h4>\n

    Use a mirror to line up the centre of the\u00a0TGH<\/em>\u00a0with the centre line of the upper teeth, then press firmly against front teeth and molars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Step 4<\/h4>\n

    Close your mouth while biting down firmly on the\u00a0TGH<\/em>. Suck in strongly and press edges into teeth and gum line through the lips and cheeks for 20 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Step 5<\/h4>\n

    Place the appliance in cold water for two minutes to cool then reinsert to check fit. The appliance can be remoulded by repeating the fitting procedure if necessary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
