The best way to take care of your soft and hard tissues daily, is brushing with a soft toothbrush. The softer, the better. When you recently had surgery in your mouth, for instance, a tooth extraction or placing implants, an ultra soft brush is even more beneficial. Therefore implantologists, oral surgeons and dentists recommend the use of our surgical toothbrush. Instruction
post-operative
Brush twice daily with blue®m toothpaste and the blue®m ultra soft toothbrush for at least four weeks to minimise irritation of the treated area in the mouth or as advised by your dentist, oral hygienist or specialist.

daily oral care
Four weeks after surgery, we recommend switching to the bluem day-to-day toothbrush for the daily care of teeth or implants.
