Buyer – a person who has purchased at least one Braun or Oral-B product listed in point 1.

2. The participating products purchased in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania between 01.07.2023 and 30.06.2024 can be returned and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase by contacting AbeStock AS, Mustjuure 9, Tallinn, 10618, Estonia, phone +372 650 5555, e-mail info@abestock.ee (9.00 – 17.00).
3. The product shall be returned by postal or logistic company; the date of the claim in the framework of the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” campaign shall be the date of posting of the product as indicated on the postmark or the dispatch note of the logistic company.
4. If you want a refund, the promoted product must be sent to the promoter in its retail packing, undamaged, in its original packaging and with any other accessories, if any (gifts, vouchers, etc.).
5. When requesting a refund, you must include:
- the original purchase document confirming the purchase of the product and showing the model and price of the product;
- filled promotional coupon.
6. The amount to be refunded is equal to the purchase price indicated on the proof of purchase. The money will be refunded to the bank account indicated on the promotional voucher within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product by the promoter.
7. The offer is only valid for individuals who have purchased an Oral-B product* for personal use. The promoter will not refund money for products purchased for resale. The purchaser is entitled to participate in the promotion once and return only one Oral-B product. Once a purchaser has returned a product under a previous “Satisfaction Guaranteed” campaign, they are no longer entitled to return any of the products listed in section 1 of the terms and conditions of the current campaign. Only one refund request can be made from one address under the campaign. If one product has already been returned from one address, the promoter is not obliged to accept claims from other purchasers living at the same address.
8. In case of non-refundability, the Promoter will inform the Customer within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment, stating the reason. In this case, the buyer shall arrange for the product to be collected at his own expense within 60 days of the date of dispatch of the returned product. After this period, the promoter may deal with the shipment as he sees fit and the purchaser will no longer be entitled to make any claim.
9. If the address or contact information on the promotional voucher is unclear and the buyer cannot be contacted, the Promoter will hold the shipment for 60 calendar days from the date of receipt for the sender to contact the buyer. After this period, the promoter may deal with the shipment as he sees fit and the buyer will no longer be entitled to make any claim.
10. The Claimant shall be liable for the loss or delay of the item due to the fault of the Post Office, as well as for incomplete or unclear information. The post office’s acknowledgement of receipt of the consignment does not prove that the consignment has reached the campaign organiser.
11. All shipments received by the Promoter during the Campaign Period shall be deemed to be the property of the Promoter from the moment of receipt.
12. Complaints regarding the refund of the purchase amount of the product in connection with the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” campaign must be sent in writing to AbeStock AS, Mustjuure 9, Tallinn, 10618, Estonia no later than 15.08.2024.
13. Complaints will be examined within 30 days of receipt by the Promoter, but no later than 30.08.2024.
14. The promotional terms do not affect consumers legal rights.
