The recommended amount after each meal is 2-3 pastilles to prevent tooth decay.
The daily requirement is about 5 g or 10-20 pastilles.
There are about 700 pastilles in a 400 g pack.
Excessive intake can cause diarrhea or bloating!

Hea toode, ostan sageli. Aga olen tähele pannud, et maitse võib veidi erinev olla partiide vahel. Mõnikord on eriti hea ja siis kui otsa saab ja uue paki ostan olen veidi pettunud, et uus ei ole nii hea kui eelmine. Aga ikka on ok ja tarbin paki lōpuni.
