Hammaskeiju xylitol pastilles are made from 100% natural xylitol and have no added colourants or surface treatments.
The recommended amount after each meal is 2-3 pastilles to prevent tooth decay.
The daily requirement is about 5 g or 10-20 pastilles.
An 80 g packet contains about 140 pastilles, enough for one person for 7 to 15 days.
Excessive intake can cause diarrhoea or bloating!
