Using:
Put one tablet in the mouth, chew it with both sides and move it around in your mouth for about 30 seconds. DO NOT swallow the tablet, spit it out and rinse your mouth with water until it stops. The purple color left on the teeth marks the plaque left on the teeth after brushing. Now brush your teeth thoroughly and use dental floss or interdental brushes to remove the purple color.
